A local manufacturing company is seeking a Hammer Technician for their Technical Rebuild Department. You will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with weekends when needed.

Duties:

Troubleshoot, repair, or rebuild, and maintain the mechanical aspects of excavator attachment tools and components
Work with hydraulics, mechanics, or related industries
Analyze and document equipment conditions
Follow all safety policies, regulations, and requirements
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years experience in hydraulic or heavy equipment or related field
Must be proficient in hydraulics, assembly, inspection, refurbish, and repair
Must have the ability to troubleshoot, make repairs, and perform maintenance on hydraulic equipment and components
Must be able to accurately analyze and document the condition of machinery and provide support on maintenance, specifications, and technical support
Must have knowledge of precision measuring equipment with the ability to read dimensional drawings in order to accurately assembly and dis-assembly hydraulic components
Must have excellent communication and professional interaction with colleagues
Basic computer knowledge and skills are needed
Must be able to comply with all safety policies, government, or industry regulations or requirements
Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
