We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Pre-School Teacher to join our dedicated team and help shape the early learning journey of our 4- to 5-year-olds.

Job Description

As a Lead Pre-School Teacher , you will play a vital role in preparing children for school success. Youll lead a structured and engaging classroom, support emotional development, and create a safe space where children can explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a creative, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Support children in expressing emotions and needs in a positive, respectful manner
• Foster independence, social-emotional growth, and self-regulation skills
• Use diverse teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
• Guide children through daily routines and structured learning activities
• Maintain open, effective communication with parents and caregivers
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with coworkers and administration to uphold high-quality standards
• Model and uphold the Early Childhood Education (ECE) code of ethics

Qualifications

• CDA certification or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education required
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Pre-School children
• Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and age-appropriate teaching practices
• Strong communication skillsverbal and written
• Knowledge of child development and positive guidance techniques
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct
