Mechanical Assembler - Afternoons

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler for our Afternoon shift to join our team in Streetsboro, OH for a full-time, on-site role Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM, offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour. (Four 10-hour shifts/week). This is a great contract-to-hire role- you will be hired on as a permanant employee of our client after 480 hours of work. Responsibilities

• Interpret 3D models to understand assembly process and basic computer skills (i.e. email)
• Use basic hand tools to assemble cabinet components (i.e. sub-assemblies, frames, main, etc.)
• Installation of flexibar and power cables as required by product design
• Understand torque drawings and apply them properly
• Inspection of parts, materials and assemblies to comply with company quality standards
• Report quality issues to supervisors and leads
• Properly communicating/documenting with supervision as required in the position
• Be dynamic and flexible as work content evolves

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
