Collections and Inventory Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports
• Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect past due balances
• Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Set and adjust credit limits based on company policies
• Resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues
• Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure smooth communication
• Prepare reports on collection activity and outstanding accounts
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Collections and Inventory Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in credit/collections or accounts receivable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
