Cultivate Counseling and Consulting is excited to announce the expansion of our private practice and the opportunity to welcome a licensed mental health provider to our team at our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, location.

We are seeking qualified candidates who hold licensure (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LMFT). We provide in-person therapy sessions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Candidates with experience and a passion for couples therapy, trauma therapy, and child & adolescent services will be given priority consideration.

Cultivate Counseling and Consulting is a clinician-owned private mental health practice headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, with a second location in Columbus, specializing in Couples Counseling. We are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services in a supportive and compassionate environment. Our experienced team of counselors is dedicated to empowering clients to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities

Licensure: Maintain an active license to practice in the state of Ohio.

Experience: Have at least one year of experience in the mental health field.

Therapeutic Services: Provide individual and/or couples, as appropriate, within your scope of practice.

Community Engagement: Actively promote yourself and the practice within the local community to build and maintain client connections.

Documentation: Complete and maintain documentation in compliance with managed care standards.

Referrals: Connect clients or their family members to community resources or specialists as needed.

Client-Centered Care: Demonstrate a positive approach to client care with a commitment to providing the highest quality customer service.

Availability: Maintain a minimum of 18 hours of availability per week, which can include a combination of days, evenings, and/or weekends.

Required Education

Master’s in Social Work – LSW/LISW

Master’s in Counseling – LPC/LPCC

Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy – LIMFT
