Lead Infant Teacher
Small Wonders Discovery & Learning Center is looking for a caring and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team at our Columbiana location! If you love nurturing and supporting babies during their earliest stages of growth and development, this could be the perfect role for you.

Competitive Pay: $14.00--$15.50 / hour (based on education & experience)
Monday -- Friday Schedule (6am -- 6pm): No evenings or weekends
Paid Holidays + A Full Week off between Christmas and New Year

What We're Looking For:
CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
At least 1 year of Lead Teacher experience in a licensed infant or toddler classroom (required)
Knowledge of infant development and milestone tracking
Strong classroom organization, communication, and planning skills
A nurturing educator who loves working with children ages 6 weeks --18 months
Familiarity with Step Up to Quality (SUTQ) is a plus
Must be able to pass an FBI / BCI Background Check and physical
Must have valid Driver's License

Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
Plan and implement activities that support sensory, social, and motor development
Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
Track and document developmental milestones
Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning space
