Property Manager
Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) of Cincinnati, Ohio invites you to become a part of its dynamic and forward-thinking affordable housing agency. We are the 17th largest agency in the country with approximately 4,718 public housing units and 11,700 vouchers as well as developing affordable housing program. We are seeking energetic professionals for the positions of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.
Job Summary: As a Property and Assistant Property Manager at CMHA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of our Public and Affordable Housing properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager who is passionate about creating comfortable and welcoming living environments for our Residents.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Urban Studies, Property Management or related field; or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and property management experience; two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines; problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 6 accumulated points in 3 consecutive years.
