Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric behavior analysis preferred
- Previous experience supervising RBTs is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor effective behavior plans
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective supervision and mentorship to three RBTs
- Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support positive student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school policies
- Serve as a resource for behavior management strategies campus-wide
