Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver & Merchandiser

A day on the route

You complete a quick pre-trip, hop into a refrigerated 16 ft box truck, and set out on local stops. At each grocery or convenience store, you unload food products, build sharp displays, and make sure shelves are stocked just right. You greet department managers, tidy the aisle, follow safety protocols, and report any issues before heading to the next stop. By day’s end, you’ve kept stores looking great and customers happy—delivering the products that keep communities running.

About the role

Join NFI, a family-owned leader in logistics for 90+ years. We’re hiring local delivery box truck drivers to get food products on store shelves across Ohio.

What you’ll handle

• Drive a refrigerated 16 ft box truck on daily local routes
• Unload and merchandise food products in grocery and convenience stores across Iowa
• Keep displays sharp and shelves fully stocked
• Follow safety rules, report issues, and operate with care
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

What you bring

• Minimum 20 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in English
• Acceptable references from past employers
• Must obtain DOT Medical Certificate
• Customer service mindset and a team-player attitude
