We are looking for a Carpentry Repairs Technician to join our maintenance team and help keep our fleet of RVs in top shape. Job Summary

As an RV Carpentry Repairs Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring the interior woodwork of our RV units. This includes cabinetry, trim, doors, paneling, flooring, and other built-in furniture or fixtures. You’ll help ensure every RV is ready for rental, looks great, and functions properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and replace RV interior components such as cabinets, doors, drawers, trim, and flooring
  
  

• Install or modify built-in furniture and storage units
  
  

• Inspect returned RVs for damage and assess repair needs
  
  

• Work with tools and materials to complete repairs efficiently and safely
  
  

• Collaborate with other technicians on multi-trade repairs when needed
  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  
  

• Track time, materials, and completed work orders
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry or cabinetry experience (RV or mobile unit experience is a plus)
  
  

• Proficient with power tools and woodworking equipment
  
  

• Able to work independently and take initiative
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  
  

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in small or awkward spaces
  
  

• Valid driver’s license required

Ideal candidates bring RV or housing experience, whether personal or industry-related, are adept at cold calling, CRM usage, possess updated email etiquette, and are comfortable with in-person business engagements including distributing business materials like flyers at expos and networking events.
