What You'll Do

Sales Supervisor

• Hold one-on-one consultations to help clients choose the right treatment plan

• Hit or exceed $3,500 in daily sales through confident, value-based recommendations

• Use CRM tools to document client progress and communications

• Maintain a luxury standard of professionalism and care

Sales Manager

• Provide leadership for a part-time sales team

• Help shape client strategy and refine the consultation process

• Mentor team members and help close large sales packages

Compensation Overview

• Base Salary (Part-Time): Pro-rated from $2,500–$3,000/month

• Commission: 4%–10% depending on sales volume

• All clients are booked by appointment — no walk-ins
