What You’ll Bring to the Workshop:
- Age 18+ with at least 6 months of daycare experience
- High School Diploma or GED (no elf hat required—unless you want one)
- Reliable transportation (Rudolph doesn’t count, sorry!)
- Able to pass ODJFS background checks (BCI & FBI) before hire
- Available to start in January 2026
- PTO starting Day 1
- Paid holidays and your birthday off (cue confetti and cake!)
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Weekly pay—every Friday, just like clockwork
- W2 employment — we handle the details so you can focus on the fun
- Have experience with all age groups — from little elves (infants) to reindeer-in-training (school-age)

- Communicate clearly and bring warmth wherever you go — even on the chilliest winter days

- Traveling to different programs
- Carrying a State File to follow ALL licensing rules and regulations (provided)
- Monitoring and Supervising Children
- Assisting with ALL children's basic needs as required
- Adapting to each age group based on center needs
- Must be 18 or older
- Have a minimum of 1 year daycare experience
- Clean background check
- Must have Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must have Reliable Personal Transportation
- PTO earned every hour
- Paid Holidays and Birthday Paid Off
- Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
- Weekly Pay
