Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader at our Tri County location to oversee a small team of 1-4 crew members while delivering high-quality landscaping services to our customers. As a Crew Leader, you will manage daily operations, ensure quality control, supervise your team, and maintain efficient workflow while ensuring safety standards are met. Your leadership will guide your crew through a variety of landscaping tasks, such as lawn care, pruning, planting, and equipment maintenance. This role is hands-on and requires a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality control of job site
- Employee supervision
- Landscaping and groundskeeping
- Pruning and trimming
- Perennial bed maintenance
- Equipment knowledge and maintenance
- Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Use of a mobile device for accurate time tracking

Qualifications:
- Age & Eligibility: Must be at least 20 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Language Skills: Must speak and understand basic English.
- Driving: Possess a valid driver's license with no violations in the last three years.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to walk, stand, bend, and squat for long periods.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of using hand tools, including hand saws and pruners.
- Experience with safely operating landscaping equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and more.
- Safety Compliance: Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
