Assistant Pro Shop Manager
An exciting opportunity to join Salt Fork Lodge as Assistant Pro Shop Manager in Cambridge, OH. This role includes a dynamic mix of responsibilities and benefits to support the growth of our company. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pro Shop Manager in daily operational tasks and customer service
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Support in the organization of pro shop events and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a golf pro shop or related environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic knowledge of golf equipment, accessories, and trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
