LPN Crisis Care -Part Time nights
- This is a driving position serving the Dayton and Springfield area
- Travel between patient homes or facilities is required based on patient needs
- Part-time overnight schedule: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
- You will provide 1:1 bedside care for hospice patients who are actively declining
- The focus of this role is comfort care and support for both patients and families The LPN Crisis Care Essential Duties Are: We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families. LPN Qualifications:
- Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
