Compensation Range: $63-77/hr W2 only

Job Description:
Lead and manage the vulnerability management program, driving detection, prioritization, and remediation across IT and OT environments during a large-scale infrastructure migration.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own and operate the enterprise vulnerability management lifecycle (detection remediation closure)
• Coordinate patching efforts across infrastructure, application owners, and cloud teams
• Manage and optimize Tenable scanning (scheduled and on-demand)
• Analyze vulnerabilities using CVSS & VPR and prioritize remediation based on risk
• Support asset migration efforts by ensuring visibility and proper tagging
• Troubleshoot agent issues and ensure consistent reporting across environments
• Identify unmanaged devices and bring them into vulnerability coverage
• Build and track SLAs/KPIs and develop reporting dashboards
• Collaborate with teams to automate workflows (e.g., ServiceNow patching processes)
• Support cloud vulnerability management efforts using Wiz or similar platforms

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 5 years of experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity
  • Hands-on experience with Tenable (Nessus, Tenable.io, or Tenable.sc)
  • Experience with cloud vulnerability tools (Wiz, Rapid7, or Qualys)
  • Strong understanding of CVSS, VPR, and risk-based remediation strategies
  • Experience coordinating patching across multiple teams (not executing directly)
  • Ability to perform on-demand scanning and tune scan outputs
  • Experience with asset discovery and agent troubleshooting
  • Background in manufacturing, semiconductor, or OT environments
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • CISSP or vulnerability-specific certifications
  • Experience building SLAs, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow automation workflows
  • Exposure to AI-driven vulnerability tools (e.g., Mythos)
  • Experience in M&A, divestiture, or environment migration scenarios
