**️** **MAINTENANCE TECH OPENING!** ** Cincinnati, Ohio | ** **Day Shift** **|** **** **PAY RANGE: $33 PER HOUR** _(Based on experience and qualifications)_ **About the Role** We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Maintenance Engineer** to join our team in the Flavor and Popcorn departments. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of specialized equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality. **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair equipment including Auger Fillers, Gable Top Carton Filling Machines, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and Combination Scales. + Ensure smooth operation of Conveyor Systems, Ink Jet Printers, Liquid Processors, Ribbon Blenders, Vibratory Screens, and X-Ray/Metal Detection equipment. + Install, program, and troubleshoot PLCs and other industrial control systems. + Perform equipment changeovers and scheduled maintenance based on production needs. + Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. + Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications for accurate repairs. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Proven experience with Auger Fillers, Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machines, and similar equipment. + Strong knowledge of PLC installation, programming, and troubleshooting. + Expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with boiler systems and electrical maintenance. + Familiarity with X-Ray and Metal Detection systems. + Strong organizational and communication skills. **Why Join Us?** ✅ **Competitive Pay: $28-$35/hour** ✅ **90% Company-Paid Benefits** ✅ **PTO + 401(k) + Profit Sharing** ✅ **Day Shift Schedule for Work-Life Balance** ✅ **Supportive Team Environment** ✅ **Opportunities for Growth and Development** **Work Environment** You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team working with advanced technologies in a clean and efficient production setting.
