Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN)

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Location: Cleveland, Ohio
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a high-acuity hospital setting in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong telemetry experience, excellent cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, and recent Med/Surg Tele nursing experience in an acute care environment.
RequirementsExperience- Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments required
- Minimum 18 months of recent MS/Telemetry experience required
- Previous travel experience accepted toward recent specialty experience requirements
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License required at submission
- BLS (AHA or equivalent accepted)
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Assess and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge care
