Maple Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team in Willoughby, OH. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Job Description:

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents’ admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy

Are you:

• Customer service orientated
• You must have a current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• You have a thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations
• You are experienced in the hands-on care of memory-impaired residents.
• You can maintain and update effective service plans and supervise the care staff.
• You have a comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulations and laws.
• A Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN, LPN Nurse, LVN, New Grad LPN, Nursing student, or an LPN Travel Nurse/ Travel Contract LPN that is looking for a permanent facility with great benefits
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff

Requirements :

• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
