Elite Custom Builders is seeking an experienced and dependable Carpenter to join our Field Operations team. This full-time position plays a key role in executing high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, maintains strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering projects that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

• Perform rough and finish carpentry for residential and commercial construction projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

• Frame walls, install doors and windows, build structures, and complete detailed interior finishes

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately

• Install cabinetry, trim, flooring, drywall, and other structural components

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members

• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets quality expectations

• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times

• 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• A professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

• $27–$35 per hour, based on experience

• Weekly pay cycle
