Who We Need

Sabel Systems is seeking a Motion Graphics & Design Specialist to support our Marketing and Communications Team. This role supports both internal corporate communications and external marketing initiatives across multiple business lines, including product marketing, business development activities, communications supporting corporate and leadership initiatives, industry events, and corporate brand initiatives. The position requires strong motion graphics capability, visual design skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual content. The ideal candidate brings foundational motion graphics and design experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting both creative and operational priorities.

What You'll Do

As a Motion Graphics & Design Specialist, you will develop motion graphics and video content, along with supporting visual design assets for marketing, communications, business development, and operational initiatives. You will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Team, business development teams, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders as needed to produce content that communicates technical concepts clearly and supports organizational messaging priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Video Production

• Create short-form video content (typically 30 seconds to 2 minutes) for digital platforms, industry events, internal communications, and marketing campaigns
• Develop motion graphics supporting product marketing, brand storytelling, and executive communications
• Edit video content and adapt assets for multiple platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and distribution channels including social media, websites, presentations, and industry event displays

Graphic Design & Visual Communications

• Design marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, event materials, and corporate communications
• Support website, social media, and internal communications design initiatives
• Maintain consistency with corporate branding standards

Collaboration & Content Development

• Work with business development teams, marketing staff, executives, SMEs, business units, and operational stakeholders to translate technical concepts into effective visual communications
• Support communications initiatives across departments as needed
• Contribute to brand consistency across communications channels

Process Support & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with managing design assets, templates, and brand resources
• Identify opportunities to improve visual communication workflows and asset reuse
• Stay current with motion graphics, video production, and visual design best practices

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience and portfolio, preferred
• Demonstrated experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, and graphic design through internships, academic work, freelance projects, or portfolio work
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and design capabilities required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator required; experience with Adobe Express, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma or comparable collaborative design platforms is a plus.
• Experience adapting content for multiple digital platforms preferred
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear visual communication
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving communications needs in a collaborative team environment.

Salary and Benefits

Actual salary will be negotiated with this position’s Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category, experience, skills, education /certifications/ licenses & geographic location.
