Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rotor Die Cutter Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting rotor die cutting machines to produce high-quality folding cartons, packaging, or other die-cut products. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rotor die cutting machines efficiently and safely.
• Set up machines according to production specifications, including die installation, register adjustments, and pressure settings.
• Perform make-ready operations to prepare for production runs.
• Monitor machine operation, ensuring proper speed, quality, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve machine jams or mechanical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production records as required.
• Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating rotor die cutting or similar machinery preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexible to work overtime or shift changes as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry materials, and perform repetitive motions.
