Scrum Master

***THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN COLUMBUS, OH***

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead an Agile team in delivering high-quality products efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, coaching team members, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and support Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and ensure smooth development workflows.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching team members in Agile principles and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and alignment with business goals.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, driving Agile adoption within the organization.
• Monitor team performance metrics and Agile maturity to optimize delivery cycles.
• Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and accountability within teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive Agile transformations.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
