Description:
Actalent is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Streetsboro, OH. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in construction estimating, bidding, and budgeting. The Construction Estimator will collaborate closely with subcontractors, support the Senior Estimator, and contribute to keeping projects on schedule through precise cost analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with subcontractors on-site during the pre-construction phase of projects
• Prepare accurate bids and budgets for upcoming construction projects
• Work alongside the Senior Estimator for guidance, training, and process development
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors regarding budgets and bid expectations
• Ensure project timelines and financial goals are met through careful estimation and monitoring

Skills & Expertise:

• Construction Estimation
• Project Bidding and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Estimating Software
• Microsoft Excel proficiency required
• Procore or Bluebeam experience (preferred)
