QuickPro Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Tenders for a manufacturing facility in Urbana, Ohio. The Machine Tender is responsible for assisting in the operation of production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring finished products are properly stacked, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with the operation of manufacturing equipment to maintain production flow.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Stack, organize, and palletize finished materials according to specifications.
• Package products for shipment and prepare completed pallets for transport.
• Maintain accurate production counts and complete required documentation.
• Assist with machine setups, material loading, and product changeovers as needed.
• Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns.
• Remove scrap materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
