What You'll Do:

• Install and position server racks in cutting-edge data centre environments
• Test and troubleshoot server components like RAM, CPUs, motherboards, and expansion cards
• Learn to use test and measurement equipment to diagnose hardware issues
• Collaborate with a team to meet department goals for efficiency and quality
• Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures as part of your daily work

What We're Looking For:

• No professional experience required, but candidates with hardware experience are encouraged to apply
• A love for building and troubleshooting computer systems. If you've built PCs, home servers, or gaming setups, this is the job for you
• Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity about technology
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or a relevant IT degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) are a plus but not required
