We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic roofing company, Pring Roofing, in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, particularly within the construction or roofing industry, and will be proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
  • QuickBooks Online: Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Experience with reconciling bank statements and managing budgets is essential.
  • Construction Industry Experience: Understand the nuances of the roofing business, including project timelines, material ordering, and contractor coordination.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients; handle incoming calls with professionalism and an upbeat spirit, address client inquiries, and manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead Management: Input and manage leads from various sources, follow up on potential projects, and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into contracts.
  • Invoicing and Billing: Generate accurate invoices based on job completion, manage collections, and ensure timely payment of bills to maintain good vendor relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed. This includes setting up meetings, maintaining company records, and supporting field staff with administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for personal and professional growth.
  • Proven experience in an office manager role or similar position, preferably within a construction or roofing company.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online; must be adept at managing financials through this software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or related field is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
