Balance Solutions is a large physical therapy private practice & wellness clinic consisting of 10 physical therapists, 8 physical therapist assistants, and 4 licensed massage therapists as well as a full front office & billing staff! We are continuously growing, and we need a new Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team! These fantastic and unique roles are for both full-time and/or part-time employed positions! • Balance Solutions occupies 10,000 square feet of space housing a large staff room with full kitchen, fully equipped gym, and 17 private treatment rooms.
• Balance Solutions therapists work with their patients 1 on 1 to achieve optimum results.
• Balance Solutions offers many additional services such as; massage, myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, Pilates, TRX, deep tissue laser therapy, and more!

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional intervention to all patients
• Adhere to the Balance Solutions systems and clinic procedures
• Promote and encourage wellness & maintenance care
• Work with physical therapists & massage therapists where patients are co-managed
• Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for your team members
• Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non-clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management
