This is a hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH, with approximately 30% travel required to other manufacturing sites in Troy, Dayton, Cincinnati and Louisville Ohio. You will be responsible for managing 800,000 sq ft across four facilities. This role involves managing six direct reports, that will be covering the upkeep of these facilities. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **What You'll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to a team of six direct reports, including monitoring training and development, conducting performance evaluations and coaching, and overseeing recruiting and hiring processes. + Coordinate with and manage your team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of service requests. + Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Manage the end-to-end work order lifecycle, including initiation, monitoring, and successful completion of service requests. + Oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance operations across four assigned sites, ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. + Perform general facilities management duties as needed to support day-to-day operations and maintain a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. + Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. + Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues. + Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports. + Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities. + Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities. + Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. + Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. + Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred. + Must have experience in managing facilities within a critical manufacturing environment. (Food & Beverage production backgrounds will not be considered). + Experience with budgeting at a high level of understanding. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills. The Facilities Manager position has a minimum annual salary of $120,000 (or $57.69 per hour) and a maximum annual salary of $130,000 (or $62.50 per hour). The actual compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
