Job Description
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Operations Manager to oversee the Latin American Region for a company specializing in the manufacturing and repair of cold storage units for air cargo transportation. This role requires managing the flow of in-house production to outsourced manufacturing and back to in-house final assembly. The position involves significant travel, with 30% to 50% of the time spent in Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Bogota, Peru, Atlanta, and Miami.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
