Service Desk Agent – Contract Opportunity

$21/hour

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking to break into the IT field ? We're seeking a Service Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience — internships count!

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree (recent grads welcome!)
• Internship or relevant experience in IT/customer support
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Preferred:
  • College Degree
  • Previous contact center experience

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware/peripherals
• Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries
• Provide accurate, efficient support and meet performance metrics
• Troubleshoot concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
