Vault Team Member
:
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in shipping & receiving.
- Proficient with computer technology (ERP Systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with data entry.
- High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills:
- Skilled in DHL, UPS, or FedEx systems.
- Forklift operation certification/license.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring paperwork and counts are correct before shipping to the customer.
- Perform all data entry duties.
- Enter transaction into ERP systems.
- Prepare and package secure cards or components as requirement for shipments.
- Audit incoming cards and components to verify 100% accurate counts.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, scissor lift or other equipment.
- Assist with fulfillment of order as necessary's to meet SLA's.
- Issue out cards.
- Perform out-going count and quality inspections of secure material as per policies' and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.64 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
