Supplier Onboarding Manager

: Versatex a division of d. e. Foxx & Associates Remote position (within 2 hour radius of Cincinnati, OH) This position is responsible for the daily management of suppliers within our Strategic Sourcing group. Person will be responsible for managing and executing supplier onboarding, updating clients on the status of their requests with specific suppliers, training, ongoing supplier questions on process and supplier's day to day interactions with Versatex. Person will also identify opportunities for operational improvements and seek agreement through consensus management. Essential Responsibilities Managing and executing supplier onboarding Updating clients on the status of their request Initial and ongoing training of suppliers Ongoing supplier questions and supplier's day to day interactions Be a part of our Freshout Team, offering: Mentorship from Senior Leadership Ability for quick, scheduled increases based on performance Ability for promotion within the organization Small group learnings on relevant business practices Qualifications/Requirements Entry level position - 0 - 2 years experience within an organization A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or related area Develops and prepares summary reports and presentations as required Manages and monitors organizational compliance with all established supplier agreements Partners with the Sourcing team to establish company-wide procurement systems, tools, processes, policies and procedure Results-oriented; dependable to complete assigned tasks on-time; puts in the necessary time and effort to meet deadlines without prompting Seeks out, builds and maintains trusting and collaborative relationships and alliances with others inside and outside of the organization in ways that accomplish key business objectives; and helps others do the same Desired Characteristics Ability to multi-task effectively, complete work in a timely manner and work well with others Demonstrated leadership qualities Must be proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
