Senior Java/Lead Developer

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Senior Java/Lead Developer to design and deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. In this hybrid role, you will lead by example—mentoring developers, driving technical best practices, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle application development from design to deployment.
Design, code, debug, and optimize enterprise-grade applications (Java/Spring Boot, React, SQL, Terraform).
Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional squads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate with Kafka for event-driven, real-time data processing.
Implement DevOps best practices leveraging AWS (Lambda, Terraform) for cloud-native deployments.
Ensure high code quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews.
Conduct software analysis and risk/reliability reviews.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members.
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives.
