Restaurant Senior Manager Assistant General Manager

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager to join our team on-site in Chillicothe. This full-time position presents a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic restaurant environment while enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and drive revenue growth. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring that our restaurant remains a favorite in the community. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 yearly, along with opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
- Collaborate with the management team to develop business strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor financial performance, including budget managing and cost control
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular staff meetings to align team goals and performance expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory control and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
