What We Offer * Health, Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance * Flat Rate Pay with performance potential * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Paid Time Off & Vacation * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program * Family Owned & Operated Dealership * Long-Term Job Security * Flexible Work Schedule * Growth Opportunities to advance your career Responsibilities * Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately * Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including: * Engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, A/C, and more * Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools/special equipment to troubleshoot issues * Communicate with Service Advisors to explain repair needs and provide accurate time estimates * Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Qualifications * 1+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous Ford dealership experience preferred * Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications) * Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn * Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude * Ability to adapt to new technology and repair procedures * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Work With Us?
