As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license per AU Driver Policy Requirements, letting you cover more ground and respond quickly. You will deliver outstanding customer service, clear communication, and support an agile, caring team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, authorized visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify identification, visitor authorization, and/or delivery documentation in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
