Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist / AI NLP Lead to contribute to the development of intelligent, interoperable, and self-improving healthcare agents powered by LLMs (Large Language Models) . This is a critical role within a cutting-edge healthcare AI initiative focused on leveraging advanced protocols and LLM-based architectures to modernize care navigation, triage, and automation.

This position is ideal for professionals with deep AI/NLP knowledge, production experience in LLM-driven agents, and a solid understanding of healthcare data standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using LLMs and NLP technologies
• Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocols (MCP)
• Work with domain-specific models such as BioGPT and Medical BERT
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent response generation
• Leverage frameworks like LangChain , HuggingFace , and VectorDBs
• Ensure secure and scalable deployment in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Integrate with FHIR , HL7 , ICD/CPT , and X12 healthcare data standards
• Collaborate across teams to drive production-grade deployment of AI agents
