This is a full-time position with flexible hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

● Process all retail, wholesale, dealer trade, and auction vehicle titles accurately and efficiently.

● Manage title paperwork for both incoming and outgoing vehicles.

● Ensure all title transactions comply with state and federal regulations.

● Stock in all new and used vehicles.

● Pay transporters and maintain a log of all payments.

● Utilize Reynolds and Reynolds software to input and track vehicle information.

● Scan and digitize all title and deal-related documents.

● Collaborate with the sales, wholesale, and accounting departments to resolve any title-related discrepancies.

● Perform Notary Public duties for all necessary title documents.

● Maintain organized and secure title files.

● Provide support to the office and sales staff as needed.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience as an automotive title clerk, with a focus on retail, wholesale, dealer trades, and auction deals is a plus.

● We are willing to train a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a background in either automotive titles or office accounting.

● Proficiency in Reynolds and Reynolds (ERA-IGNITE) or similar DMS software is preferred.

● Valid Notary Public license is mandatory.

● Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong communication skills.
