Meat Packing Associate | $16/hr | 1st Shift | Dayton, OH
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Full-Time | No Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:
Package and label meat products according to customer specifications
Inspect products for quality, weight, and proper packaging
Prepare finished products for shipping and distribution
Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
⚙️ Assist with production line operations and maintain production goals
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Previous food production, meat processing, or warehouse experience a plus
✔️ Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment
✔️ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔️ Dependable attendance and team mindset
