ITIL Manager
LaSalle Network is hiring an ITIL Manager for a remote, contract opportunity with a fast-growing advisory and technology firm. This ITIL Manager will play a hands-on role executing ITIL v4 maturity assessments, partnering directly with client stakeholders to translate findings into actionable improvements. If you’re an experienced ITIL Manager who enjoys structured analysis, client-facing delivery and operational impact, this role moves fast and delivers value.
What’s the job?
Execute ITIL v4 maturity assessments aligned to defined methodology
Plan and manage day-to-day assessment activities across ITIL practices
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops and working sessions
Collect, analyze and validate qualitative and quantitative inputs
Assess current-state maturity and document gaps, risks and strengths
Develop assessment artifacts including maturity scores and findings
Contribute to prioritized ITIL improvement roadmaps
Track risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery
Support executive and client readouts with data-driven insights
What’s needed?
6–10 years of IT service management or IT operations experience
Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 and the Service Value System
Hands-on experience conducting ITIL maturity assessments
ITIL 4 certification (Managing Professional preferred; Foundation required)
2+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience
Strong facilitation, documentation and client communication skills
