Title: Manufacturing Quality Manager
Location: Dallas, TX and Mentor, OH
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday - Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION"
- Industrial manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead manufacturing quality systems, ISO 9001 compliance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Priority hiring location is Dallas, TX. Additional opening available in Mentor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Quality Management System and ISO 9001 activities.
- Lead internal/external audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Handle customer and supplier quality issues.
- Maintain quality procedures, inspections, documentation, and reporting.
- Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Leadership teams.
- Train employees on quality procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Manufacturing quality experience required.
- ISO 9001 experience required.
- Experience with audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T/tolerances.
- Experience using gauges, inspection tools, and measurement equipment.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Preferred:
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or team management experience.
