Machine Operator
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor equipment functions and operate according to documented procedures.
- Maintain operational logs and production documentation.
- Support material handling activities as needed.
- Maintain proper segregation of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere to company SOPs, GMP requirements, device history records, hazard communication, and safety regulations.
- Accept accountability for product quality and report unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of work-in-process and inventory.
- Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the production line.
- Follow supervisor instructions and established work procedures.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality before, during, and after production.
- Package and label products according to specifications.
Skills:
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate issues effectively to supervisors.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and equipment operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry products up to 20 pounds.
- Prior manufacturing experience is not required.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
