Director of Sales

**Title: Director of Sales (full-time, independent contract remote)**

**Pay: $15-20 per hour with the possibility of more (based on experience)**

4. Can you develop and implement workflows, policies, and procedures to optimize the entire sales funnel?
5. Are you capable of monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and sales success?
6. Can you collaborate with the CEO to set a vision, address challenges, and continuously improve processes?
7. Can you prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, challenges, and solutions to senior management?
8. Can you recruit a new team of amazing sales agents to handle remote (home-based) matchmaking service sales to US clients?
