Complex Commercial Litigator
LHH is assisting a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm in its search for litigation attorneys to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. This highly regarded litigation team focuses on complex commercial disputes, including high-stakes matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court. Attorneys in this group work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated litigation strategy, case management, and trial preparation.

- At least 7 years of litigation experience
- Deposition experience and trial and/or trial preparation experience required
- Base Salary: $240,000 – $260,000 plus annual, discretionary bonus and full benefits
- Delaware bar admission required
Associate
- At least 3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Must have experience before Chancery and/or Superior Court of Delaware
- Base Salary: $205,000 – $225,000 plus annual, discretionary bonus and benefits
- Delaware bar admission required
