I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the hospitality industry, which is where I learned the value of building relationships, showing up for people, and creating a great experience every day. That same mindset is at the heart of how we serve our customers and support our team. Im a graduate of Miami University and have been married for 14+ years with two daughters (11 and 9) and a King Charles Cavalier who keeps things entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching kids, spending time with friends, and catching sporting events whenever I can. We enjoy being involved in the community through local events and outreach, and were always looking for more ways to show up and stay connected to the people we serve. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Collin Doyle - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
