POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist looking for long term employment. As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Identity Skin Spa, you are seen as a comforter and healer in the eyes of our valued clientele. Your warm and nurturing demeanor will set the tone for their luxury spa experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our Standard of Excellence in customer experience by performing fully customized, exceptional massages, manual lymphatic drainage and body contouring treatments. As our Massage Therapist you will also be knowledgeable in products and services to properly educate and upsell client experiences for the client’s benefit. You will be accountable for achieving service provider sales goals and maintaining a 70% or higher booking rate. MUST HAVE most recent and up to date massage license in Ohio

• Client Service: Upholding our exceptional standard of customer service and treatments by providing consistent and exceptional treatments that always go above and beyond for each guest. Always ensure all client needs are met and that they always feel comfortable, cared for and welcome.
• Treatments: Perform a variety of full body wellness treatments, including Customized Full Body Massages, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Body Contouring and other wellness treatments, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clientele.
• Product and service knowledge: Understand all service offerings as well as products and current promotions to effectively promote and upsell clients for their satisfaction.
• Continuing Education: Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes we provide yearly
• Marketing/ Media: Aid the spa with posts and stories for social media to increase sales
• Maintain Treatment Rooms: Cleanliness is extremely important to us here at Identity Skin Spa so always ensure all treatment areas are prepared to meet Identity Skin Spa standards by having treatment rooms and equipment sanitized and well-maintained at all times. You will need to prepare each and every treatment based on the customizations set forth by each client and the treatment criteria.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with each client to assess their wellness needs and concerns. Customize treatments and provide expert recommendations for maintaining and further enhancing their results.
• Time Management - always showing up to work on time and ready to perform your task with the best attitude. We want to radiate peace and positivity to our clients.
• Assist Our Team: Support our staff by communicating client needs, assisting fellow team members when needed, aiding with appointment flow, and helping to ensure all appointments run on time and smoothly.
• Adherence to policies: Ensure all procedures, company protocols and company policies are enforced and followed consistently.

Education and Experience

• MUST HAVE most recent and up to date massage license in Ohio
• 1 or more years experience

BONUS (not required but highly preferred): Manual Lymphatic Massage Training, Ear Seeding, Certified Yoga Instructor, Advanced Massage Technique Certifications

Language

• English (required)

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, reaching, stretching
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds
• Repetitive hand and wrist movement
