CDL A Dedicated Delivery Truck Driver Regional

18 Wheels USA is hiring motivated truck drivers for a high-intensity dedicated fleet. If you are tired of sedentary driving jobs and want a role that provides a daily workout, this is it. You will be delivering loads to stores across the Midwest and Southeast, physically unloading freight box-by-box. If you have the grit to handle the physical labour, we have the miles and the pay to make it worth your while.

Pay:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700

• Top Earners: Up to $2,300 per week

• Unload Pay: $245 per trailer

• Stop Pay: $25 per stop

• Backhaul Pay: $50 per load

• Support: dedicated and experienced tenured staff to support you 24/7.

Home Time:

• Weekly: Drivers receive a guaranteed weekly 34-hour reset.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a dedicated truck driver delivering to AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV.

• Physically unload freight using rollers (box-by-box).

• Complete 3 loads per week with an average of 3–7 stops per load .

• Manage early AM start times and deliveries throughout the day.

• Maintain professionalism and patience while interacting with store managers.

• Complete a 1-week paid orientation/shadow training ($150/day ).

Requirements:

• CDL Class A with 3 Months of tractor/trailer exp – Required.

• DOT exam.

• Clean MVR .

• Flexibility – Must be adaptable to changing schedules.

• Customer Service – A positive attitude and patience are required at every stop.
