Mancan is working with a food manufacturer in the Berlin area looking for a packaging team lead for their new line! This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm. Pay starts at $18 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support packers to meet production goals and assist with packaging
- Operate a stand-up forklift
- Run the MAP seal machine, bowl chopper, and filling machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience
- Previous team lead experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience
- Ability to learn to operate multiple types of production equipment
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
