Restaurant Manager - CUT132

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in upholding the standards and reputation that define Cut 132. You’ll foster a culture rooted in teamwork, precision, and genuine hospitality while delivering memorable dining experiences to every guest. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, leads and develops a high-performing service team, and works in close partnership with both front-of-house and culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution, impeccable service, and consistent excellence in every detail.

Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
- Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.

- Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats).
- Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
- Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
